I have just gotten back after a break from playing War Robots. I am aware of some balance changes that have occurred while I was gone. What would you recommend (in terms of weapons, robots, and drones) I do to help improve my hangar besides upgrading my stuff?

Maybe change Skadi to a better midrange weapon if you don't mind. Also just level up the weapons and...
There is a module rework coming if you didn't saw that.
Rest of your hanger is not META or the best but they are good enough. So no worries there.
Also next time mention if you are a free or pay player. Helps to give better advice.
