I have 2,500 Spike components that I'd like to convert to Shocktrain components via component conversion, however this doesn't seem to be possible. I don't see my Spike components as an option when selecting what component to convert from. Why is this?

You can only convert components that you have built in the workshop, the spike components you got were probably from a data pad or smth and you can't convert them to anything
