wha-so, is there anything can I do for solving and fix this?

Not sure if itll work for you rig, but these are some things I did on other games when my old pc couldnt run it smoothly:
- Open task manager and set the game instance to high priority
- Play on non-fullscreen (Lower the resolution), also make sure to lower your graphics settings
- If your setup has a power utility option, you could change that option to 'performance' or 'gaming', itll boost fps but consume more power
- Depending on your gpu, you can try opening your driver control panel and setting your gpu to performance/gaming mode
- Close other tabs/applications while playing
- Close unnecessary background applications from task manager
