#Revamped Levelling System

I feel like the levelling system is highly outdated and completely useless now since everyone above Gold is level 30 already. I have a solution: Increase the cap on the levels a bunch (I'm thinking somewhere around 250?), restrict the usage of robots/weapons/Titans/modules/motherships/drones behind a level requirement so that you can't go into battle with a hangar if it has an item which you don't have unlocked. Ideally, you would not need the requirements for items when used in custom matches/Extermination. This levelling system would allow for a trading system to be added as well, in which you can't give items to players if they haven't unlocked them yet. This would encourage interactions between players and would fit perfectly with the revamped friends system. You might even be able to unlock level-specific Titles or ranks in the server if there was a way to link your account. Now, this is just a rough draft of what it would look like, so feedback would be appreciated so that we can get the whole community's opinions on this matter.
