Thermo isn't that great, probably best to just go 2 NA

2 NA can’t stack and Defence Mitigation bonus is worthless for Reapers

#

And Thermo allows him to charge his NA faster

#

In the long run if you can survive then 1 NA 1 Thermo

#

But if you die fast before NA fully charges up then 2 NA if you have those lying around
