  • acceleration mode reduces bullet spread instead of increased fire rate. (includes Vengeance)
  • legendary pilot : Molot, Molot T, Tempest reverses the effect of enemy defense points on its damage.

to be more specific, accuracy mode probably has more percentage increase compared to acceleration mode. and instead of directly reversing the effect of resistance that might be too op then maybe just more dmg depending on enemy defence points while also completely ignoring it.

like 66% less spread instead of 33% fire rate, and maybe extra 1 dmg per 1 defence points in each projectile(instead of 1% dmg per 1% dmg reduction) while again completely ignoring dmg reduction.

i have an entire page of balance adjustments and new mechanics for existing contents, should i post it one at a time or in one posts?

From my experience being in the situation your in, I would post them one at a time, and then link them in a thread for a ton of people to see. The problem with this however is that not many will read it even like this; they will just read the one that they are interested in.
If you instead post them altogether, then you have a much smaller audience most of the time, but you can have a complete discussion. This can be effected by how much you have; having too many words to read deters people from reading.

#

Another factor is if you post them in seperate posts, the speed at which you post them makes a huge difference.

#

I think still the best strategy is to post and discuss in smaller groups, and eventually link them together in 1 post. This will make it feel bigger, and that there was more effort put into it. Not everyone will care about that though.

#

Keep in mind too, that your not the only person who has come up with rebalances for the entire game. I have, and I have seen it happen plenty of times.
Another thing to note is the audience - that first hurtful "too op" comment that some people leave usually kills ideas, because people know where the conversation went without reading it.

#

Another thing to note is what the discussion will be about - most ideas get caught up in the understanding of what the person is trying to say. Someone makes a robot idea with a weird ability, and spends the post's lifetime trying to explain it. The better explained ideas are the ones where the conversation is about the effects of adding that item, and not what it is.

#

Try to rehearse it - if someone has a question you should have an answer. I can tell you every feature of most of my ideas from the top of my head, and although these are balance changes you should too.

I have more to write but I have to go
