low priority queue

I'm on steam and i get low priority queue, why do i wait for more than an hour even when the estimated time is 4 mins and i still get no game?

Is there a work around or r they forcing me to quit the game?

Find some people on ur platform to squad with so u can play normally but u also get out of lpq after a bit
