I have 3/4 pulsars, but don’t see how to obtain the 4th. Did I miss something, or has that not been released yet?

A few days ago, there was the first pulsar leaderboard. Do you remember opening silver chests or winning 334 matches? that's 1st pulsar
Yesterday, two new pulsar leaderboards began, but opening gold chest one is bugged, they brought up the leaderboard of the same kind as last time without resetting it.
Some people got free pulsar, or some heavy whales got all the milestone rewards in a hour
Pixo reset all leaderboards. some can have a maximum of 5 pulsars.

I had a ridiculous amount of resources from the ultimate luck event (ultimate specter). So it has not been bad. But that third pulsar depleted me. Had to upgrade a ton of stuff to hit the mark
I’ve been very disappointed with the ultimate pulsars. Other regular weapons far outplay them. They are not great like the ultimate orcans
