I have a lvl 69 rook with 2 repair amps and 2 onslaught reactors with vajra weapons. How do i get its hp above 1m?

No, 2 is enough, maybe 3 if you really think you need them, but it is better to use 2 tra and 2 tac (titan anticontrol) to be tanky,

I guess using a damage controller could help as well
