Introducing Ouranos, a support Titan with a hell of a punch and a heavy arsenal to cover the battlefield in scrapped baddies. It comes with an Absorber sheild, and can Black-out foes from 1100 meters away

HP: 475,000
Speed: 40 kph
Hardpoints: 3 Alpha
Company: Evolife

Whelp, here's the abilities . . .

Ability 1: Homing Blackout (Remastered)
Ouranos locks on to 2 targets, and unleashes a Salvo of rockets, applying Scorch, DoT, Rust, Freeze, EMP, and Blind to the chosen schmuck in the way of domination.
In addition, Ouranos deploys a Reflector and negates 90% of Damage.

Damage: 5,000 per rocket
Freeze, DoT, EMP, and Blind Duration: 7 seconds
Blast Damage: 50,000
Recharge Time: 20 seconds

Ability 2: Solar Rampage
Ouranos takes to the sky and unleashes a Atomic Storm, killing any mech below 10% health instantly. And it carries 3 of these Rockets, go figure. These rocket last for 10 seconds, and the cool down time is pretty long. It also weilds an Absorber sheild during flight, meaning any damage dealt to it is carried over to the storms, causing pure chaos.

Flight Duration: 10 seconds
Recharge Time: 20 seconds
Storm damage: 50,000 - 350,000 ( this depends on the damage absorbed by the sheild)

Recomended Weapons: 3 Veyron
3 Basilisk
2 Dazzler + 1 Bulava

I hope you like my latest work! Be sure to comment your thoughts, and let me know your opinions! L8r ma doods!

(passive agressive) I think the best part about this idea is the confidence you have in it.

#

I just had to say that because it sounded cool to say

#

What type of rocket does the Solar Rampage shoot because it sounds like your describing Harpy rockets

They make enemies take 200% more damage, bro. Just like a Spear dealing more damage the more shots you fire, but reversed.

What do you think would be the best titan to fight against this in game? Which one can rival it the best?

In my honest opinion, Murometz or Heimdal, mainly because Ouranos has no permanent resistance to both effects. Suppression and EMP are most effective at stopping it.

How fast does it move in the air?

#

What's the homing Blackout range?

#

(Also should be noted I will eventually ask how it would fare against one of my ideas; probably Ryujin, Thor, or Ragnarok)

#

It would probably come down to the weapons I equipped on them (Vesta and Inferno for Ragnarok, Fission and Fusion for Ryujin, and Veyron for Thor). Based on that, honestly I think it would be unfair based on how overpowered the combos are.

#

If you had Veyrons, that means you need to get close. With 475,000hp, even with a well timed Homing missile you would die to Thor. The built in weapon is simply unfair in comparison; if you enter 100 meter range you die, even without the 3 Alpha slots Thor has. Eve nfrom a distance you would still be severly wounded or take heavy damage.

#

Ragnarok you might be able to take if you hit it before it gets it's shield up, but you would have to stay out of range of the built in weapon or face the same fate. Since Veyrons have 350 meter range you could just shoot it from a distance, but Ragnarok does get fast.

I would say Ouranos could counter/kill Ragnarok, but it depends on how their played.

Ryujin with Fission/Fusion is just unfair for you because I made it too powerful. The damage at range and constant fire is too much, and if you used your Solar flare Ryujin could just retreat. If you used Homing Rockets and timed it well and Ryujin was already close then you could probably kill it, but Ryujin always fights from a distance. If you had spent yout homing rockets already and only had your Solar Flare ability ready then Ryujin would charge because of it's heavy defense while moving fast (it gains defense while moving fast in some abilities), and if you couldn't get out of it's line of fire then it does way too much damage then is probably allowed; in the Ryujin post I calculated the damage per minute with all weapons and built in rockets firing to be 2,694,000 damamge per minute; over 5 times your robot's health; it would have died in about 12-15 seconds of exposure with no abilities, from as far as 500m range.
