I opened a chest of gold in the black market but they didn't give me the weapon I got I can't see it, it's not in my inventory, does anyone know why it happens or how to fix it, I would appreciate your help

Sometimes the interface glitches out and shows you something you didn't actually win... Try checking your rewards log to see if what you won is there or what's it that you got instead

Same thing happens to me sometimes, it’s a bummer when you think you won something, I hate it :/
