Ultimate Ion & Zeus OR Rework

Ion and Zeus are pretty dead (especially Ion) so I think they either need an Ultimate Version or just a Rework.

You could add a Pilot to reduce cooldown from 5s-3s and get rid of lock-on (maybe even giving them something like lock-down)

Either that or reduce cooldown to 3s, increase damage, and add something like lock-down ammo or even blindcharge

Or make ultimate versions because funny

definitely a bad idea to add a normal robot blinding weapon, angler rushing you is alreaddy annoying enough :c
