spears are actually meh now, you need otto to even deal decent damage compared to other weapons. The best builds are claw or taeja, along with 1 Nuclear amplifier, 2 repair amplifiers and Misaki & Ponchy as the pilot. You can also consider magnetars, cudgels, scatters for other weapons to use. If you are stuck with nothing good, punishers are the cheapest option

Only got 2 claws

just use taeja and claw hybrid setup, it should be good (or swap out the teajas for scatters)
