What do you mean by slight arms? Is it the weapons that robots such as destrier can equip?

Yea, so light weapons. Some of the best overall right now include the claw, the taeja, the cudgel, spear... After that it also depends on what robot you want to put them on

If so, your best bet is using thunder for the heavy slot and punishers for the light slot. Blue weapons, aka tier 2 (or t2) weapons are rarely worth the investment, just wait until you get t4 weapons (=yellow weapons) from the black market or the special delivery if you are lucky
