It tells me that too but only on the ts, and not on the real game itself. I guess it doesn't help though, sorry

It’s the game itself. I could play on work internet, which was AT&T Universal. Which I think was a dismal 14-22 mbps. I’m on 200+ mbps, and still have plenty of lag, and lost connections. Far worse than when I was on weak internet connections
