There is a support chat in game for getting accounts and refunds back. I'm pretty sure it's against the T and C's to ask like this. And if you refund your purchase pix goes back and takes the stuff from your account, it's not a problem if you haven't spent it but if you have it can lead to prity big - amounts of gold so watch out
