Try using Query::get (http://dev-docs.bevyengine.org/bevy/ecs/prelude/struct.Query.html#method.get)
fn system(health_query: Query<&Health>) {
// ...
if let Ok(health) = health_query.get(hit_entity) {
// ...
}
}
System parameter that provides selective access to the [Component] data stored in a [World].
