section.getDouble() always return 0.0

my code https://pastebin.com/QjkAxckf is supose to setblocks certain distances from a center location, i have all the distances saved in a file https://pastebin.com/urQTf1Cm but when i try to get them using section.getDouble it always returns 0.0.... but its not 0.0 https://pastebin.com/PYcGsxtD
