Mongo data not loading back when servers get restarted

Where Storage#getClaims() is a collection from mongo. But i having the next problem, the server start everything works fine. When server goes down the data is saved successfully. But when its loaded again into the cache the data is not completly or something else because im able to do everything on the claims
