I just want to give an example and I think this is the best place to ask this question. Would you recommend the Bungee system for the Sky Wars server (I use Velocity, I think the system is called Bungee) or the Multi Arena system? In the Bungee system, each game will have its own server, such as SKYWARS1, SKYWARS2. But in the Multi Arena system, I can manage 10-15 games only on the SKYWARS server and I think this saves both space and performance. Could someone with information please help? Which one would you recommend I use?

BungeeCord is a server that spigot has made

Waterfall is a fork of BungeeCord that the papermc team have made

Waterfall uses hacky features which cause certain plugins to break, while also trying to achieve good performance

Hello! I'm new to the this server. I've been using Spigot/Paper on my server for 2-3 years. I'm not 100% sure if I'm in the right channel to ask this. But Piglin Bartering as many users know is quite overpowered. I've created a fresh map for my userbase and I'm growing concerned that if I don't do something about the piglin trades I'm going to have a bunch of seriously rich players. Is there a simple way to configure these trades?

Helpful to note that our economy is backed by gold-ingots, and gold can be purchased and sold unlimited for a fixed price at spawn

Hey guys 👋
I am facing an issue here on the server I own... People are receiving exp from achievements but those achievements are never being saved so if the logout and then log back they can do the same achievement again and receive more exp
I've already tried to remove the achievements but the max I did was to remove the announcement but I have no clues about how to fix it

I could work with the 2 possibilitys: remove all the achievements or save the player achievements so he will never be able to complete it again.

Could someone help me please? 🙏

Make sure you are using the public key, not the private key.

Please help me.
I'm trying to setup a network on my local computer.
I have two servers: Lobby (port 25567) and event01 (port 25568).
I used every bungeecord fork possible: Waterfall, Bungeecord, Velocity, Hexacord, etc...
I've also used every server software possible: Paperspigot, Craftbukkit, Spigot, Bukkit.
I've also tried with 1.8 and 1.12.2.
But it always reports this error in console.
Exception:QuietException : Server is online mode!
(its been 3 hours trying to solve this, please)

My question is can I host all of the game servers (survival, factions ect..) on the US server and have a EU proxy connect to the US game servers and have the players connect to the EU one and just have the ping from the EU server or would it be the ping to the US server?

As far as I know you're just adding latency. The flow of information goes player -> proxy -> servers. Since your proxy and servers are far away, every user will experience the added latency of the proxy going overseas. This is doubly worse for any players in the US, as the connection will end up going overseas twice. That's my loose understanding of it anyways.

(1) Don't suppress deprecation warnings unless you have good reason to. In this case, you don't.
(2) Your customItem() method should DEFINITELY not be registering the recipe every single time it's called
(a) It doesn't return anything, you can't expect to pass that to addItem(). It's void
(b) Setting custom model data to null is redundant, it's default
(3) You know ingredient chars are reusable, right? You don't have to do ABC DEF GHI, you can re-use chars in the String and only set them once

Hey there, I have Spigot Minecraft server in version 1.16.3 and latest version of LuckPerms. But users that are not OPs can't open doors or use a bed, maybe even more. I searched in google and the wiki. Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find a solution. I already chat with some guys from LuckPerms DC's but there is no reasen why LuckPerms should block these kind of actions. Other Plugins are not installed. Anyone here who knows the answer?

It's a file in each world folder with tells the server: "Hey this world is loaded and uses by an instance. You cannot load and use this one." Thats why server couldn't start with this lock.

Dont use a hacked client, or don't use some third party spigot files. Unless there is a plugin installed that could send this message, there isn't really any other possibility for this to happen

The world border is always present in a Minecraft world, even before the /worldborder command has been used. You can set it back to its default state (center 0,0 and width 60,000,000) by running:

/worldborder center 0 0
/worldborder set 60000000
