as Guil said, 4k is a stretch, not that it's impossible, but for acceptable fps you'll heavily rely on upscaling and frame gen

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html gets you about 55fps on ultra with raw horsepower, with AI trickery, no idea

changing to an older slightly slower CPU will make room for a more powerful GPU that is better at 4k, at just under 60FPS
