as title says I have a old pcs system that I am looking to upgrade current specs are ryzen 5 5600x 32gb ram and a 3060ti. I was originally looking at just upgrading the gpu to a 5070 but I realised that this will be really bottlenecked by my cpu so I am wondering if there is a better upgrade that will not have issues. use is 1080p gaming and some vr.

You could look at upgrading to a 9060xt? That shouldn’t bottleneck your CPU.

Don’t believe the 5060ti 16GB is available on the site, hopefully it’ll come back soon so there’s some choice/variety in cards.
