i would not reccoemend a hdd for gaming. games these days really need to be installed onto a ssd

for the best airflow you would want a non fish tank style of case.
fishtank cases trade airflow for looks
cases like this (PCS SPECTRUM II ARGB ) have better airflow than the current fish tank syle case

to fit the 360 aio you would have the choice of the fishtanks or one of these two cases
other bigger cases go past your budget

the 360 would cool more than the ff200. the ff200 would also block access to the ram so if you ever need to access the ram you would have to move a fan out of the way as well

its a decent cpu. only upgrade you could do for the cpu would be 7800x3d/9800x3d. most reviews do put the 9600x and 9700x at almost identical performance.
motherboard would give you at least 2 m2 slots. if your not using the 2nd pcie port you could then put a 3rd m2 drive in
