I would kick out the Norton (I dosn't help but slows the pc down)

#

The rest looks good in my opinion.

I personally prefer the AMD GPU, but I think most people here don't share my opinion. But generally the 7900XT is a bit cheaper, has more VRam and a bit more FPS on 1440p. But sometimes it got problems with really new games and is slower for some tasks (video editing, blender and similar). Also there are some new games that only have RayTracing, which Nvidia is better.

the case is pretty good for airflow, not the best due to it being a fishtank, but that aside it's good all the same, maybe add 3 fans for the bottom down the line, but thats not needed per se

#

I'd not personally go for the O11 due to the mixed fans, but it's not as bad as the corsair iCue tripe and the trouble the iCue software is liable to cause

#

are you set on the fishtank style?

#

then I'd recommend the next case up, the be quiet! 800

#

air won't need to go around a corner making it turbulent

#

de nada

#

you could also opt for the other O11, and add the extra fans

#

this one, nekkid as far as fans go, but with the PCS fans it'd all be on the standard PWM and 5V ARGB headers, so all controlled the same

#

on the be quiet case, if I'm not mistaken the ARGB is controlled by a controller on the case, so it's easy, if not, then you can shut it all off in bios or via something like signal RGB or open RGB
