Hi there, that looks really solid.
Only thing I see would be perhaps upgrading the Power to an RMe series. It's easier to upgrade later, as the cables are not fixed

Also you could replace the Nvidia card with an AMD RX 7900XT. It's theoretically a bit faster and has more RAM and cheeper

But AMD is slower with driver updates (if you play really new games after release) and also worse in video production, streaming and RayTracing.

But I myself don't care for these things and am very happy with the 7900XT
