Not sure if ray tracing is important to you, but the AMD card would give you better fps to £ ratio than the 4070 series. I've included a fast small boot drive and then the 2TB drive for your games etc.

But it's on the AM5 platform, so you'd be able to update the CPU down the line if you needed to. But if you plan on sticking with the 4K monitor (although I'd recommend a 27" 1440 165HZ monitor instead) then the GPU is where you need to be pushing the money towards
