New to PC world, need help with configuring specs

Hi, I'm super new to pc! Been playing with laptop mostly but now I want to move on.

The games that I play and want to play is

Witcher series

Baldur's Gate 3

I am thinking about Tarnished Pro prebuilt pc https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/view/Tarnished-Pro/ , would this be enough to play these games? Or should I go with custom pc?

My budget is max £1400.

Purpose of PC: gaming / Mornitor resolution: 1080p 240hz, but haven't decided yet. / Country of purchase: UK mainland / Brand preferences: I'm super new to pc, so I don't have an idea about any preferences!

great 1080p performance, decent 1440p performance, you'd want to upgrade storage sooner rather than later, but otherwise I'd be happy with this build and your budget

If you choose the Spectrum G case, swap out the PSU to the 750CX, which isn't as tidy because it's not modular, but it gives you some extra budget to almost squeeze in the 7800XT (which should be back in stock soon) - coming in at £1,415 if you're happy to go over budget a little.
