I'm not too sure about the motherboard and about the CPU cooler, I doubt that will be enough for my chosen processor, not a lot of choice on the website, I wanted the AK620 but its not available, and i'm kinda afraid to take an AIO and have failure so I wanted a ventirad, but eh, If you have good arguments I might change my mind

I'd recommend you drop the MX4 paste as it doesn't do much for you really, and maybe get the TUF B650 instead for a better quality motherboard

it's fine, it's not as sleek as the AK620 but as far as cooling it's about equally capable
