I am looking to upgrade my current GPU in my system to one of the new 4000 series nvidia cards that are releasing but I am stuck on which card would actually provide me with noticeable performance increase. I mainly play Microsoft flight simulator 2020 at 1080p and want to run high/ultra settings at 60 fps minimum consistently.

My current build consists of the following:
CPU - 5800x3d
GPU - 3070
RAM - 32GB 3600MHz C16
Motherboard - B450 Arous Elite
Power Suppy - 650W (Will upgrade this along with the GPU to a 850W)

4070 or higher would do as a decent performance upgrade. (4070 is similar to a 3080)

I was thinking of getting the 4070 ti super but after looking at some reviews online people are saying that it’s not brilliant. The choice is between the 4070ti super or the 4080 super. But I’m just concerned a 4080 super would bottle neck my cpu at 1080p
