ive very recently upgraded to a rtx 3070 ti and i do not notice a single difference at my performance it still feels like i have my 2060
my specs are
-Rtx 3070 ti
-ryzen 7 3700x
-16gb ram
-A320M-K
-750w

my 2060 ran warzone 2 at 80-100 fps and my rtx 3070ti runs it at 80-100 and also stutters alot

are all drivers up to date? also, did you wipe the drivers before installing the new GPU?
if not, try wiping the drivers with DDU, and give the drivers a nice fresh install
