I'm really sorry I keep skipping over this.

Honestly looks fairrrly solid,

Main comment would be on motherboard. The H610m will probably run a 13400F no issue, but it's a poor motherboard so not one I'd ever recommend.

You've gone for the SAMSUNG SSD so if you need to free up some budget, swapping that for a Solidgm SSD would be a good way to do that.

I'd also personally opt for some Corsair RAM over the PCS Pro stuff.

Case isn't perfect, but should be fine for what you've got in it 👍

Also depending on how happy you are to tinker with your PC, you could go for the stock cooler then add in a white tower cooler yourself? would add a nice splash of white as you're going for a white theme!
