But to answer your questions more directly,
Yes you will need to credit the song title, artists, and label.
Yes you can use the song if you have the CREATOR MODE (chompochompo.com, select free bronze pass, to get it) and arent just posting the song itself (meaning there's content with it not just an upload of the song to YouTube).
