I don't think it'd actually feasible to have it be made into more than one thing in the mill - because, well, how would that work? how would it decide which contraption to use for the same produce?

I'm pretty sure you can make oatmilk in the press, if you mean by using the ||water wheel. You can toggle it to the mill, press, or spinner by interacting with the picture signpost thing next to it.||
