Right now it takes close to 5 in-game minutes for a stump to become interactable after felling a tree. That's a lot of time when you're planning to spend all day farming wood, or even when you're just knocking down a few trees around the village.
Please make stumps interactable as soon as the tree starts falling, instead of after the tree finishes falling. Thank you!
