How to downgrade from 1.38 to 1.37?

As I upgraded to 1.38, I started seeing problems, and I tried reverting PR but now I see error on backstage instance that

The migration directory is corrupt, the following files are missing: 20211229105307_init.js, 20240113144027_assets-namespace.js

can someone help ?
