Catalog last modified date

Good morning,

For my project needs, I need to display the latest modified elements from the catalog through a plugin. My question is, what is the correct way to obtain these elements? When I access the api/catalog/entities, there is no date information, but the rest of the data I need is there.

How can I obtain this information?

if truly no timestamp exists then you could define a catalog processor that adds an annotation with a timestamp to each entity it touches
