I wonder if you have a model for paid support? Can we license your product to get fast and detailed support? Is something like this planned?

There are a few partners who provide such support. https://roadie.io and https://frontside.com are two I know of.

Thanks @ornate moth , but this looks like SaaS. I want to host and develop Backstage by myslef - but need official Support from Backstage
