couldnt find the last monster at inferno is it the one keeps running away and disappears?

Most likely Lucido, the "loot bug" that burrows and disappears if you don't kill it fast enough. I was lucky enough for one to pop up right after receiving the dmg buff blessing and solo'd it fairly easily.

I'm not sure if there's a spot more common than others, but I've seen them scurry around pretty much every part of Inferno.
High dps and I believe stun/stagger should help get the job done (throw up the hand/assist emote if you spot 1 and hopefully someone nearby will help).
