One of the minor changes that came along with the patch was that it supposedly made Beverly’s Laksa quest skippable. However, I got the Henry acetate in Old Central District and Beverly is still asking for the Laksa.
While I didn’t get the Henry acetate before Bev started asking for Laksa, someone else did and nothing is changing for them either.

Hello. The quest itself will still always be triggered, but the step by step process of the quest can be skipped by giving Beverly laksa immediately at the start of it.
