It is NOT beneficial for anyone to set during creature rally events. Not only do you get the same rewards for each hit, but you cant roll rallies like everyone else.
My suggestion is to make a seperate category for setters, with better rewards to entice more players to set. Since the setter has to initiate the timer, it shouldn't be hard to develop a program that enters them into that setters category.
