Hurried March II says it’s available at level 18 maester tower but the requirement is swift March II level 5 which isn’t available until maester tower level 19. Is this an oversight or it is what it is

Oh I see. These posts are meant to recommend game enhancements or suggestions.
I get what you are saying here but isn’t it inconsequential? Hurried comes after swift level 5 which implies the need for the buildings no?
In other words Hurried March could say nothing about requiring buildings at all and would still make no change.

Yes but explicitly states it opens at level5 and maester tower at level 18 . Thanks for your input but certain research requirements are met and you are allowed to move to the next research cell.
