#How do I stop this from happening? magFilter? wrap?

I'm editting the existing software known as BlueMap and I have a question about the following.
As you can see in the image the magFilter is picking the nearest pixel and stretching it.
When I turn on wireframe its gone.
Is there a way I can turn magFilter off entirely, skip it in the render process, or have it return a black pixel always.
Or can I turn wrapping off somehow.
Or is there an other easy way to prevent this?
