this looks like your camera z near/far settings aren't well fitted to the scene

in blender that's clip start / clip end

or in three.js camera.near and camera.far

#

could also be some extreme scale on the objects, or you get sort of similar issues when using "Alpha Blending" blend mode when something should be opaque.
