#Catalog APIs not enabled for players

When I go to "Economy V2 > UGC" tab, I see this message saying "Some Catalog APIs are not enabled for players. Please enable these through the Policies tab under Title Settings if you would like to allow players to create UGC."

On the "Policy (V2)" Page I've selected every Player policy I possibly can (some of them are non selectable which makes sense due to their action). Any idea what's going on?

It's possible that message is there regardless of your policy settings, what happens when you actually call the api's from a player logged in client?
