#Any way to immediately upgrade from Free to Pay-As-You-Go?

@marsh mauve congratulations on exceeding your expectations. We've been there too on launch days when the server is warm enough to cook a pizza.
Thanks! We were getting messages from people who had played it for 11 hours, just 12 hours after we launched. Definitely a good sign, but it shook things up a bit!

I'm not aware of a limit that triggers after 1M Writes
In here it mentions 1M Writes as a limit on the free development mode.
We since tried to change to the pay-as-you-go mode and we've launched the title to be out of development mode, but it doesn't let us do the pay-as-you-go until the next billing cycle (October 1)
The PlayFab message we are getting when our players try to sign up is "OverLimit".
We have so many people playing / trying to play, it seems we're exceeding our entity events as well.
Upgrading definitely won't raise that, it's a per player limit
Oh, interesting. I'm in PlayFab - my CTO is travelling and inaccessible (terrible time for that).
I bet the entity event limits are just people spamming to try to get it to work then.
Is there any way for us to get the upgrade in place right away or what do you think the best thing would be to resolve this?
I'm not convinced that the upgrade is going to solve the problem here, though I'll admit the 'OverLimit' error on registering players is new to me. How long ago did you schedule the upgrade?
2 hours or so? After this OverLimit error came up.
Everything has been working well for months of testing leading up to this, then 24 hours after we launched the alpha demo to our pre-registered users, we got this hiccup.

Just to try it, you might want to remove the custom limit from community sift. Or disable the add-on

Yes, that might be the limit being exceeded on the register players requests

It might be behind, or maybe that number doesn't update at all.
That would be a bug of course, but if you have the feature turned on it definitely shouldn't be at 0
Very interesting - I turned that off and didn't hit the OverLimit issue when creating a new account
