#Access to Party Unity plugin für Switch and Playstation

Hi Ronald. For Switch I already did that and on the Playfabsite in the add-ons section it shows "Nintendo is installed" so it seemed to have worked. But I still can´t download the Plugin (shows "401 - Uh-oh, you do not have access"). Maybe its a mismatch of the email addresses as I´m using different ones for Sony, Nintendo and Playfab. But at least at nintendo I had to enter an email and used the one I´m using as login for playfab.
I'm told there is a turnaround time before access is granted. When did you follow the steps to send the notification?
I´m not sure but I think it was last week. As it shows "Nintendo is installed" on the Playfab add-on section at least playfab has received the info from Nintendo. But I don´t know if the access for the plugins are somehow in sync with that?
I´ve written an email to helloplayfab@microsoft.com and asked for access to the 2 files. Let´s see if that works out.
Let me know if you don't get any traction there and I'll make some noise, I can think of some people who'd be interested in hearing feedback on reducing friction to getting started with these SDK's.

Did you get a confirmation email that you were granted access after doing the NDA/dev portal check?
Do you mean by NDA/dev portal check the one on the middlewarepages on Nintendos dev area? After I put in the data I didn´t get any email.
But at least on the Playfab Add-on area it says "installed" so it must have been successful. But if I try to download the plugin with the same microsoft ID that we use at playfab it doesn´t work.
I guess there should have been some kind of confirmation there, but I've never been through the process myself. I'm still searching around to figure out where the right place to get support on this is. If you have ticketed support, you should file a ticket but I'm looking for where to go otherwise.
Thank you for your help so far. I thought about paying for the standard plan to get ticketed support but the idea behind the free plan is to check if everything works out alright which I wanted to do. Does the ticketed support have more insight into the whole process on Switch and Playstation or will it be same as on Discord?
Ticketed support gets you dedicated support folks. I can't tell you if they have specific knowledge about the cross platform plugins but they will have more time to dedicate to sorting it out. It's not really my job to be here, so I can only commit a bit of time here and there.
I´ve upgraded to the standard plan now but i seems to start on 1st of October so I don´t have the premium supprt right away 😦 I actually wanted to start right away. Or can I open tickets already? I didn´t find any link on the playfab page yet. That´s really annoying as I´m loosing another 1,5 weeks launching the title
Can you please escalate my inquiry somehow as I´m willing to be a "paying studio" but playfab seems to align payment to complete months? 😟 Thank you!
