Usually this happens because you're logging into the wrong account when accepting the invite. When sending an invite, you can choose which authentication provider the invited user should use between PlayFab and Microsoft. Then the invited user needs to authenticate with that same provider when they click this email link otherwise the service will think they are a different identity entirely.

So you've been able to sign before? If that's the case you shouldn't need this registration link. Just navigate to developer.playfab.com and sign in.

when i did that it just sent me to my playfab, im saying its giving me registration link when i was able to accept invites fine last time. i dont know why its acting up it works rarely, it kicked me off all of my playfab titles and it started giving me this email.

You're definitely logged in with a different identity than the one that the invite was sent to. Check with your friend who invited you and make sure when they did they selected 'PlayFab' as the authentication provider when they sent the invite. They can see this on the pending invitations page for their studio.

You can log into playfab 2 different ways, either using a playfab backed account with a username and password, or by signing in with your microsoft account.
You click this indicated button to log in with microsoft, or enter your user name and password to log in with playfab.
Even though your microsoft account and playfab account might share the same email address, in playfab they are different users entirely because they come from different tenants.
I'm guessing when your friend invited you, they selected 'Microsoft' as your login provider, or maybe it says 'AAD' on that page. Either mean the same thing. They were inviting your microsoft account, not your playfab account.

If your new to playfab, when you friend invites you they should select 'Microsoft' as the login provider. Then when you get the invite email, click the link and when you get to the sign in page click the 'sign in with Microsoft' button. You'll need to log in using a Microsoft account then. After that you should be navigated to the title you're trying to reach.
