This solo project is about Media queries, mobile first design, Relative unites. I am confused how to start. Should I only use Grid or Flex also? So confused on how to start. If someone guide me with 5-10 minute call, that would be great.

I would recommend starting with learning grid. I find people that learn flex first throw it at everything and because of the cross axis switching its more confusing then grid.
Understanding the alignment properties while they are stable in grid will make it easier to understand how they translate to flexbox.
