What do you call this menu

Please help find its relevant/known name, I am trying to create it in WordPress but I don't have any idea which plugin could potentially help me.

Not really a menu, I would use keyword “tabs”. I know elementor pro has them built in but not sure about elementor free. Which I would avoid elementor if you can , it’s extremely bloated. But you’re looking for tabs not a menu. Easy to code yourself if you are familiar and comfortable enough to try

Thank you so much, yeah tabs seems to be the proper label, I am in this company who are using WordPress as well Elementor for their front end work, I am decent at HTML, CSS and JS but to be honest this WordPress has been nothing but hell.

Elementor has crashed multiple times and lost hours of progress, I do not know why they prefer such ridiculous stack.
Anyway thanks for the help I appreciate it so much.

Elementor has an extra special place in dev hell as far as I’m concerned. I have a client who uses it too and I hate dealing with it. Anytime I have to update the plug-in it screws up something or everything and crashes the whole site.
