I'm trying to access a x64 bit platform (currently on x32) for my Web App by scaling up from a Free F1 to Basic B1. However, whenever I try to scale up, I keep getting an error:
"Scale operation failed: Operation cannot be completed without additional quota. Additional details - Location: Current Limit (Basic VMs): 0 Current Usage: 0 Amount required for this deployment (Basic VMs): 0 (Minimum) New Limit that you should request to enable this deployment: 0. Note that if you experience multiple scaling operations failing (in addition to this one) and need to accommodate the aggregate quota requirements of these operations, you will need to request a higher quota limit than the one currently displayed."
My web app is hosted on East US 2, and it says I have a quota (refer to photo). What should I do to fix this?
